SANDAG is seeking consultant assistance to develop a Regional Broadband and Digital Infrastructure Master Plan for constructing a regional broadband network that would connect public facilities in each of the jurisdictions within the San Diego region. Key deliverables include a fiber-optic infrastructure gap analysis and inventory, market sounding with public and private stakeholders, integrated network design, and implementation strategy for constructing the d digital infrastructure needed to keep the San Diego Region at the forefront of the digital revolution.
