Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marysville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work to be performed under the City of Marysville's 2022 Pavement Preservation Program shall include 9300 Tons ofHMA, a 2-inch asphalt overlay, pavement repair, planing bituminous pave - ment, sidewalk ramp replacement to meet ADA standards, utility adjustment, channelization, culvert replacement, restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. amount. The City of M arysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said, award, is delayed for a period of fortyfive (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
