Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ontario, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of Services First Floor: 1. Replace all missing drywall in the first floor 2. Make sure that all electrical outlets and switches are flush with the wall 3. Replace all light switches - match existing 4. Replace all electrical outlets - Match existing 5. Add all faceplates for light switches and outlets 6. Replace the flooring with VCT (color tbd) 7. Plumbing to replace sink basins (supplied by owner - See pictures in bid package) 8. Install the sink basins 9. Supply and install water heater for hot water 10. Replace missing ceiling with drywall 11. Supply and install the lights - Match the lights that were removed (there are two on site, also see Picture in Bid Package) - Total of 7 fixtures 12. Paint the walls and ceiling throughout the entire first floor - Color TBD Second Floor: 1. Replace the flooring with plywood. Exterior: Score Board 1. Remove and dispose of current Nevco Score board 2. Supply and retrofit a Nevco Model 1610 on existing 2-column support Structure (see scoreboard attachment). 3. Include the MPCW wireless Building 1. Repair the North CMU wall 2. Repair Fascia board 3. Install power for water cooler with bottle filling station: 4. Supply and install water cooler with bottle filling station; Refrigerated: MFR. Paint yellow to match existing Other Details No substitution will be considered unless written request for approval has been received by the City by Friday, June 24, 2022 by 2:00 PM. Such requests shall include the name of the material or equipment for proposed substitution including (if needed) drawings, performance and test data and other information necessary for an evaluation. A statement setting forth changes in other materials, equipment or other portions of the work including changes in the work prompted by the substitution shall be included. the burden of proof of the merit of the proposed substitution is upon the proposer. The City decision of approval or disapproval of a proposed substitution shall be final. Bid Valid 90 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages $150 per day
