Renovation of a stadium in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Remove and replace the Warming Hut and Concession Stand HVAC Package units. This project must be completed no later than November 15, 2023. It must be noted that the Howard Ice Arena Building is a voting location and due to election schedules, work cannot be done on November 7th or 8th. While Rheem is the preferred brand for this project, any manufacturer will be considered as long as they have variable speed drives, stainless steel heat exchangers, BACnet capability and a comparable long term warranty. For continuity's sake, this project will be bid as "like for like" when it comes to sizing but the chosen contractor will be asked to reevaluate the facility's need and size the new units accordingly. Successful bidder must follow all state and local codes, OSHA safety requirements, industry best practice standards and EPA regulations on this project. Along with the manufacturer warranties, the successful bidder will provide at least a oneyear workmanship warranty. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and negotiate with any source, in any manner necessary, deemed to be in its best interest.
