The County of Spotsylvania, Virginia, invites written proposals from qualified firms to establish contracts to provide engineering support services and experienced professional, technical and qualified personnel to assist in transportation engineering, transportation construction management and inspection, public private partnership (P3) project support, and transportation planning and analysis on an as-needed basis, as further described in Section II, Scope of Services. Contract Term. Any contract resulting from this RFP shall have a term limit of one (1) year and may be renewable for three (3) additional one (1) year terms at the option of Spotsylvania County. Prices shall remain fixed during the initial term of the contract. Any adjustment to pricing for future years will be agreed upon in writing prior to each renewal.
