Renovation of a municipal facility in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 17,820-square-foot municipal facility.
As of February 27, 2023 this project has been canceled. At this time there are no plans to re-bid. The County of Spotsylvania, Virginia is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to provide construction services and materials for the roof removal, disposal and roof replacement at the Merchant Square Building located. The project consists of removal and disposal of existing roof and replacing a new roof of approximately 17,820 square feet. The successful Contractor shall perform all construction activities and provide all supplies, equipment, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, qualified personnel and supervision to complete the Project as described herein. The successful Contractor shall fulfill the obligations of any Contract resulting from this IFB at the direction of the County and follow accordingly all federal, state and local regulations. Questions from Bidders must be received by the Spotsylvania County Procurement Division by January 9, 2023 at noon.
