Renovation of a hospitality development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
As of October 26th, 2022, project was awarded to Construction Services Group LLC with an awarded amount of $1,897,870.07 This contract provides for a tenant improvement to the lobby of the Hilton Vancouver, Washington and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the General Conditions. The Contractor shall coordinate the project schedule and construction activities to limit the tenant's use of the area of the scope of work for no more than 90 calendar days. The work shall be completed within 120 working days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 All Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid l deposit may be forfeited to the DRA.
