Reference number : 1616256 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Pointe-Calumet, project owner, is soliciting proposals for professional engineering services as part of flood protection work - Diagnosis of existing pumping stations. Bidders must take into consideration that all requests for information and questions must be made in writing only to the attention of Ms. Chantal Pilon, General Manager, at the following email address: c.pilon@pointe-calumet.ca . Bidders should take into consideration that any communication between another representative of the contracting authority or the project manager is strictly prohibited. All written requests must be sent no later than four (4) days before the date and time to allow the project manager to respond to all requests by addendum before the opening of tenders. Any requests received after this deadline will not be considered. The deadline for submitting a complaint regarding the tender procedure is June 29, 2022. The Municipality of Pointe-Calumet does not undertake to accept either the proposal having obtained the highest evaluation score, nor any of the proposals received and will not be in any way responsible for any damage or loss of any nature whatsoever that may result to bidders of this call for proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
