Site work for a water / sewer project in Ventura, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Project Consists of the Construction of a Concreted Rock Riprap Grade Control Structure, Concreted and Non-concreted Rock Riprap Bank Protection, Steel Sheet Pile End Sill With Reinforced Concrete Pile Cap, and a Rock Riprap Stilling Basin. Construction Incorporates a Concrete Overpour and V Ditch to Direct Offsite Flows, Access Roads, Fencing, Gates, Fill and Backfill, Excavation, and Removal and Disposal of the Damaged Concreted Rock Riprap Grade Stabilizer and Bank Protection. Agency Is Allowed 60 Days to Award a Contract (See Section 2-1.1). The Starting Date of Contract Will Be 28 Calendar Days After Award of Contract (See Section 6-7.4). Completion Time Is 150 Working Days (See Section 6-7). Liquidated Damages Are $1,925 Per Calendar Day (See Section 6-9). Contractor's License Classification Required Is Class a. Liability Insurance Class Required Per Section 7-4 Is L- C. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the Amount of Not Less Than 10% of the Amount Bid Bidders Must Have a Class a California Contractors License. Upon Award, the Contractor Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
