Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ventura, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Interior relining, welding repair, piping modifications, and exterior re-coating of a 2 million gallon welded steel potable water tank (Bell Canyon Reservoir No. 2). Similar exterior piping modifications only, are also required for Reservoir No. 1. Engineer Estimated Cost: $520,000 to $520,000 Liquidated Damages: $1,170.00 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% An electronically transmitted copy of the bid bond form, included in the Proposal form, may be used but the form must have the original signatures of the principal and surety. Copies of the completed bond will not be accepted. Bidders must have a Class A California Contractors license, and will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
