Notice is hereby given that the City of San Buenaventura invites sealed proposals for VENTURA RIVER TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT in San Buenaventura, California. This RFP document contains the full description of the work to be performed. All completed proposals must include a contact name, phone number, and email address. All submittals must be submitted electronically with the file clearly identified as VENTURA RIVER TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, name of proposer, and the date of proposal opening to preclude premature opening of proposal. The City reserves the right to award or reject any or all proposals, in part or in whole, and to waive any minor informalities, irregularities, and/or proposal non-responsiveness in the best interest of the City that does not influence the competitive nature of the proposal. The City intends to award a contract based on the criteria listed in the Terms and Conditions. It is the City's intent to award the contract in October 2022 Questions: No interpretation or changes in the scope or meaning of this Request for Proposals will be made to any Proposer, orally or otherwise, except by written addendum. Reference is hereby made that this "Notice to Proposers" shall be considered part of any contract made pursuant thereto.
