Right-of-Way Consultant for the Pines Road/BNSF Railroad Grade Separation Project #0223 The City is seeking a consultant to assist with acquiring property for the City Road/ BNSF Railroad Grade Separation project This project will grade separate Pines Road from the BNSF Tracks through an underpass and construct a 2-lane roundabout at the intersection of Pines Road and Trent Avenue.
