**As of September 22, 2022, project was awarded to but awarded amount is not available.** The Nicholas County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids for repairing and painted the west exterior wall of the Nicholas County Courthouse The Fiscal Court will open bids at the regular fiscal court meeting held 8 July 2022, at 9:00 am. Bidders must be present at meeting. Bids will be received on the basis of the following requirements: 1. Contractors must repair, as needed, and paint windows and trim of west wall of the courthouse. 2. Contractors shall inspect west wall to determine extent of repairs needed. 3. Contractors shall provide all necessary/required materials, equipment and tools. 4. Contractors shall present proof of insurance to satisfaction of Nicholas County Fiscal Court )$1,000,000.00 coverage) 5. Paint must be of high quality, rust preventable, and the same color as is on the front of building. 6. All work shall be subjected to the direction, inspection, and approval of the Fiscal Court or designated representative. 7. Winning bidder must start work within a reasonable time after award of bid. 8.
