Demolition and site work for a development in Warrenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The work to be done for this project Consists of the installation of 260 LF of 10' tall chain link fence with windscreen. The project also includes demolition of existing fencing system and site restoration and stabilization. Questions shall be directed to Jon Melin at jmelin@dupageforest.org The bids must be accompanied by a 10% bid security. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. The contractor shall also abide by the employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570, sec 1-7). Consideration of contract award will likely be made on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. The Forest Preserve Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
