The Project consists of the following improvements: Village of Danville Generator & Replacement Control Panel at Wastewater Treatment Plant The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The bid form and all line items on the bid form must be completed in full. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. The Village of Danville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Danville.
