Renovation of a medical facility in Danville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,961-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
Plans call for a build-out in an existing building. A New Medical Facility, Danville Health Center, Knox County Community Health Center Submit all questions to Green Valley Design, LLC by phone (740) 397-2282 or e-mail info@greenvalleydesign.net. Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code 153.50(B) bids will be received for one General Contract covering all divisions of the work that will include general, plumbing, heating & ventilating, and electrical construction. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. State of Ohio prevailing wage rates apply. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
