Site work for a water / sewer project in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Interested bidders must obtain their own set of documents from The EADS Group, Inc. to be eligible to bid the project. The Contracts include, but are not limited to, the following Work respectively: Contract 2021-W-01 General: Provide all labor, equipment, and material for the construction of 23,665 LF of 12 water line, 18,385 LF of 6 water line, water line appurtenances; 9,635 LF of water service line, 434 residential (1 and smaller) water meters, 53 large diameter (2 and larger) meters, meter pits, meter vaults, and water service line appurtenances; two (2) new pressure reducing vaults, demolition of two (2) existing pressure reducing vaults, permit compliance, traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, and restoration. This Contract will consist of a Base Bid, Additive Alternates, and Deductive Alternates. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the Issuing Office to be eligible to bid. All Contracts are presented in a single set of Contract Drawings and a single Project Manual. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
