Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct lead water service line replacements in private property. work consisting of excavation, pipework, and pavement restoration for replacement of approximately 260 lead water services. Trenchless or other approved means of lead or galvanized iron water service line replacement may include replacement of the service line and replacement of all necessary appurtenances. 5% BID BOND IS REQUIRED.
