The Town of Bruceton is seeking sealed bids for Demolition of buildings on Maple Street, Bruceton TN 38317. Job should be to the following specifications: o Demolition of 3 buildings. o Removal of all debris. o No damage to Senior Citizen Building. o Fill, slope and stabilize area that building occupied. o Project to be completed between July 1st and Sept. 1st, 2022. o All State and Federal Regulations to be complied with. o Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation and Performance Bond required. The Town of Bruceton complies with Title VII Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987. The Town Reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with Specification.
