Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bruceton, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

All bids were rejected by the Board and projects put on hold for re-evaluation as of 9/14/22 The Masonry on the exterior walls of the Senior Citizen Center at 138 Maple Street, Bruceton, TN 38317 is to be repaired and made stable. It is to be waterproofed and painted, all trim repaired/replaced. All construction to be in Compliant with Intemational Building Codes 2018. This is an American Rescue Plan Act Project. All Contractors will be licensed with the State of Tennessee, show current SAMs Number and be Title VI Compliant.
