Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenwood, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Greenwood Housing Authority is currently accepting bids for concrete repair and/or replacement at the Black River View Apartments located at 312 N. Reese St., Greenwood, WI. The sidewalk surrounding the north, west and south sides of the building is crumbling. The joints need to be repaired or the sidewalk replaced entirely. There are also several concrete blocks that need repair/replacement. We are also looking to remove the concrete steps at the south end of the building and replace them with an ADA compliant concrete ramp with rails.
