Renovation of a multi-residential development in Greenwood, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Greenwood Housing Authority is currently accepting bids for roof replacement at the Black River View Apartments located at 312 N. Reese St., Greenwood, WI. This apartment building consists of 20, 1-bedroom units. The housing authority will be accepting bids for both asphalt shingles and standing seam metal roofs. A single contractor may provide bids for both types if desired. The bid must include demo, disposal and complete replacement. Repairs to the decking must be listed as an addon, as-needed basis. A decision has not been made as to what roofing type will be used. Contractor must follow Davis Bacon prevailing wage, Section 3 guidelines as provided by HUD and provide proof of insurance.
