Renovation of a municipal facility in Athens, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Estimated cost between $6,000 to $8,000. The City of Athens is seeking a qualified contractor to remove the existing toilet partitions and install new toilet partitions at our City Hall facility. The City of Athens is requesting quotations for removing the existing partitions and installing new toilet partitions in the men's and women's restrooms at Athens City Hall so that the minimum specifications are met. The partitions should be floor-mounted with overhead bracing and aluminum brackets with wrap-around hinges. Toilet partitions are to be solid plastic, standard colors, and standard finish. The following is a list of current toilet partitions that will need to be replaced: - Men's Restroom: 1 Stall, 1 Urinal Screen. - Women's Restroom (a): 2 Stalls - Women's Restroom (b): 1 Handicap Stall *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
