The Galveston County Purchasing Department utilizes Bonfire Interactive to distribute and receive bids and proposals in an electronic format via an online portal. Potential Bidders must register through the online portal to participate electronically. Walk-in or mailedin proposal submittals are still allowed, however, Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically. The County of Galveston is seeking a vendor to supply road signs and materials in accordance with the specifications attached to this Invitation to Bid. All signage and materials must be commercial top of the line grade and quality, and be able to withstand use in commercial industrial applications. All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope: ITB #B222030 Road Signs & Materials Bidders' name, and return addresses, should be prominently displayed on the bid package for identification purposes. Procurement Timeline: A timeline for this ITB and initial process is included below.
