Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
A cashier's check, certified check, irrev- ocable letter of credit, or surety bond payable to the OKLAHOMA CITY AIRPORT TRUST in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bid Security will be returned to unsuc- cessful Bidders. The Bidder shall forfeit its bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount for failure to deliver to the Oklahoma City Airport Trust a properly executed agree- ment, bonds, and certificate(s) of insur- ance within ten (10) days of written notification of the award of contract to Bidder. The TRUST may require up to forty five (45) days from receipt of bids to award of contract. The Oklahoma City Airport Trust, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that, [for] any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consid- eration for an award. This is not a Federally funded project.
