Roof repair services for the Hampton Roads District. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Roof Repair Services and Roof Replacement on an "On-Call, As Needed" basis, to facilities owned or operated within the Hampton Roads District. LOT #1 - Western Hampton Roads District: Hampton Roads Annex, Franklin Residency, Franklin AHQ, Capron AHQ, Berlin AHO, Emporia AHQ, Waverly AHQ, Windsor AHQ, Stony Creek AHQ, Bowers Hill AHQ, and Interstate Maintenance Office - totals Eleven (11) sites. LOT #2 - Eastern Hampton Roads District: Williamsburg Residency, Croaker AHQ, Seaford AHQ, Skiffs Creek AHQ, Jamestown/Scotland Ferry, Surry AHQ, Pine Chapel AHQ, Frederick AHQ, Smithfield AHQ, Bartlett AHQ, Hampton Roads District Complex - totals Eleven (11) sites. LOT #3 - Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Accomac Accomac Residency, Eastville AHQ, Temperanceville AHQ, Expressway AHQ, Wards Corner AHQ, Wayside AHQ, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel(includes training center and HRBT Administration Building), and Traffic Operations Center - totals eight (8) sites.
