These improvements would include improvements to pedestrian access and safety at both of the endpoint intersections. Project is part of the City of Hampton Fiscal Year 2025-2029. As of August 22, 2025, the project is at 30% completion of construction documents. A general contractor or a selection method has not been disclosed.
