The Bradford County Commissioners, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, invites sealed bids for the Mount Pisgah Observation Area. The work to be done under this project shall include the installation of a cast-in-place concrete observation area with handrailing as well as a walking trailing, gravel parking area, concrete ADA parking area, and associated site improvements. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids The Bradford County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in or to accept or reject any or all bids
