**As of August 16, 2022, project was awarded to Roebbelen Contracting, Inc, but awarded amount is not available.** Folsom Cordova Unified School District (hereinafter "District") invites proposals from contractors for a lease-leaseback contract to perform construction services for the second elementary school in the Folsom Planning Area. The District reserves the right to postpone the opening of proposals, accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality in any proposal, all as District deems to be in its own best interests. This is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage requirements and the successful proposer, and each of its subcontractors, shall be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Wage rates can be obtained from the District by request. All proposers, and all subcontractors listed in any proposal, must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code section 1725.5. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. Performance and payment bonds will be required for this project. Firms submitting responses must be prequalified pursuant to Education Code section 17406 and Public Contract Code section 20111.6.
