Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Folsom, California. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Rough Grading and Site Work, Water, Sewer, Storm Drain. Placement of AB. Concrete work. We understand that proposed development will consist of the construction of a new fire station, Station No. 34, to be located on the southwest corner of Westwood Drive and Old Ranch Road in Folsom, California. The site is located on a 1.5-acre parcel within the Folsom South Development. We understand that the proposed construction will consist of a wood/metal-frame fire station supported by a conventional shallow foundation with a concrete slab-on-grade floor, and masonry block (CMU) walls. Appurtenant construction could include a wash-out structure, CMU walls, underground utilities, and asphalt and concrete pavements. Some site grading has been conducted at the site during the recent South Folsom development Each bid must be accompanied by security consisting only of cash, California Bank Cashier's Check, Certified Check, California Bank Money Order, or bid bond made payable to the "City of Folsom" in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the sum of the proposal. Time of Completion/Liquidated Damages The time limit for the completion of all work is 75 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Failure to complete the work by the completion date in the manner provided for by the Contract Documents shall subject the Contractor to liquidated damages of $1,00
