Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Arkadelphia will receive bids for drainage improvements and replacement on Henderson Street. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing drainage structures, pipes, box culverts, sidewalks and street/driveway repairs. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier Check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid if the Bid amount exceeds $20,000. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment including Equal Employment Opportunity to be observed. BIDDERS shall be licensed as required by statutes and the rules and regulations of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the OWNER.
