The work generally includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and described in the Specifications. The work at Meter Chamber 5MC-2 includes general electrical, structural and mechanical modifications, including the demolition of existing stilling well, sump pump and exhaust fan and the reconstruction of the existing concrete channel and bench to accommodate improvements associated with the installation of interior epoxy coating system. The work also includes rehabilitation of the existing concrete surfaces within the chamber and installation of new explosion proof exhaust fan. The work at Meter Chamber 6MC-3 includes general electrical, structural and mechanical modifications, including the demolition of existing stilling well, sump pump 10 inch Kennison Nozzle and exhaust fan and the installation of new H-flume, reconstruction of the existing concrete channel and bench to accommodate improvements associated with the installation of interior epoxy coating system. The work also includes rehabilitation of the existing concrete surfaces within the chamber and installation of new explosion proof exhaust fan. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et. seq.) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq.
