Sealed bids for Contract No. 59H (HVAC Work) for the Roof Replacements and Building Improvements at Headquarters Work of Contract No. 59H includes, but is not limited to, HVAC improvements within the Administration Building at the Authority's Headquarters. Bidder shall note Contract No. 59H is one of three contracts for the above referenced project. Work of the entire project shall include roof replacements on three (3) buildings, namely the Administration Building, the Old Garage and the New Garage; HVAC, ceiling and lighting improvements within the Administration Building; as well as miscellaneous associated tasks. The project is located at the Authoritys Headquarters Facility in Howell Township. Shipping charges are additional and variable depending upon the pick-up or delivery method selected by the purchaser. Bid documents cannot be obtained at the MRRSA or H2M. The printing cost is non-refundable. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. Seq. Bidders and their subcontractors of any tier must comply with all applicable provisions of the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48) and the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25). All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation, as detailed above.
