POB - 400 feet South of White Beech Drive POE - 160 feet North of Garfield Drive (north spring point of intersection) Job Location: On M-47 (Church to south of Powley Drive) 0.51 miles, Tittabawassee Township, Saginaw County. POB - 19 feet South of Church Street POE - 950 feet South of Powley Project Schedule: Work may begin immediately after receiving approval from MDOT. Work to be completed between July 11, 2022, to July 22, 2022. Once work starts, must be completed in 5 consecutive days. Notice must be provided to Dan Senske at 989-233- 1053 a minimum of three (3) calendar days prior to beginning work. Description of work: The work shall be 1.5" HMA Overlay on 60' wide concrete pavement. In addition, HMA overlay shall be placed on the 8' wide shoulders. HMA overlay on shoulders, shall be tapered from 1.5" thickness at road lane edge to 3/4" thickness at shoulder edge. (HMA, 5E3: PG 64-28, AWI: 260) Construction Butt Joints shall be placed at the following locations: 1) Point of Beginning 2) Point of Ending 3) East side of M-47 at Tittabawassee Road intersection 4) West side of M-47 at Tittabawassee Road intersection 5) M-47 and Garfield Intersection Description of work: Church Street to Powley Street, the work shall consist of 1.5" HMA Overlay on 62' wide concrete pavement. (HMA, 5E3: PG 64-28, AWI: 260) Powley Street to 950 feet south, the work shall be 1.5" HMA Overlay on 60' wide concrete pavement. In addition, HMA overlay shall be placed on the 8' wide shoulders. HMA overlay on shoulders, shall be tapered from 1.5" thickness at road lane edge to 3/4" thickness at shoulder edge. Work on Saturdays and Sundays will be at the Engineers discretion and require preapproval. Traffic may not drive on milled surfaces. Crossroads and driveways will remain open to traffic at all times. Any flag operations/lane closures shall have a 1-mile maximum limit, or as directed by Engineer. This project is a Maintenance funded project, which means that there will be absolutely no overpayment or extras. All material, labor and mobilization shall be included in the bid. MDOT will have the low bid reviewed and approved for funding. MDOT reserves the right to reject any bid that appears to be unqualified.
