*THIS SOLICITATION IS A RE-SOLICITATON OF FA303022Q0031. AN ADDITIONAL CLIN AND INFORMATION ADDED* This solicitation is for foundation repair located on Goodfellow AFB, TX. Building 3303 has experienced a concrete floor/slab deficiency/failure within the building evelope. The deficiency of the concrete floor/slab has settled as much as one(1") inch in some areas and can be visually seen. The work to be performed under this contract and in accordance with this Statement of Work (see Attachment 1), shall consist of furnishing all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing all work shown on the drawings (Technical Exhibits), statement of work, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria in effect at the date of solicitation. The work will also consist of removing/re-installing furnishings located in B3303. Pictures and furnishing listing attached. A site visit is planned for 22 July2022 at 1:00 P.M. CST. Please send a notice of intent if intending to send any contractors to attend the site visit and fill out the attached Base Access Letter (see Attachment 07) and submit a copy no later than 20 July2022 at 2:00 P.M. CST to manuel.aguilar.3@us.af.mil. Please submit any questions from the site visit and/or relating to this solicitation no later than 26 July 2022 2:00 P.M. CST in the form of a Request For Information (RFI) so that a Q&A answering any questions can be posted before solicitation close. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
