Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Mt Pleasant, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for rehabilitation of the existing 1.5-MG hydropillar elevated water tower for County Water District No. 3 in the Town of Mount Pleasant. Improvements shall include, but are not limited to, removal and application of interior and exterior water tower coating systems, miscellaneous upgrades to meet code requirements (i.e., handrail, 30-inch access hatch, etc.), new tank mixer, a new instrument enclosure in the pedestal of the water tower, vault piping and valve replacements, electrical upgrades including lighting arrestor protection, and tower access road improvements. (Bid range: $4,750,000.00 to 5,500,000.00).
