Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation 46 Le Boeuf Street Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include : Furnish & Install : Thirteen (13) new vinyl replacement windows as detailed in the scope of service, new asphalt shingled roof, Build out front porch corner fascia to provide an overhang, Two (2) new exterior doors & Two ( 2 ) new storm doors. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors as well as lead hazard remediation work items detailed in the Lead Risk Assessment & LBP Inspection. 46 Le Boeuf Street - Additive Bid - Furnish & Install Six (6) new vinyl construction windows on back porch. MWBEs and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to apply. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
