The CONTRACTOR will be asked to provide with his bid, proof of his company's certifications ( RBQ 15.1 or 15.8 license ). Contract start date: As soon as possible End date of the contract: June 30, 2023 Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act will be considered for the award of the contract .
