Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms for on-call geotechnical services for selected highway projects on an as-needed basis for calendar years 2023 through 2027. Requested services to be provided include, but are not limited to: oSubsurface investigation for bridge, highway, and other construction oObtaining soil borings and providing soil testing for pavement design in accordance with ARDOT policies and procedures oLaboratory testing of soil, rock, and geosynthetic materials conducted by laboratories and personnel accredited by the AASHTO Accreditation Program oAdvanced geophysical site characterization oAnalysis and reporting of geotechnical data for structure foundation design, slope stability, settlement, and other typical geotechnical engineering problems, including seismic analysis ARDOT complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules and/or regulations. This notice is available from the ADA/504/Title VI Coordinator in large print, on audiotape and in Braille. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
