The Town of Bangor acting through its Town Board hereby gives notice that the Town Board is accepting sealed bids for the following described township maintenance. Project: Maintain Township Roads and Equipment. Maintain the Right of Way. Maintain the Emergency 911 numbers and street signage. Additional information: Please include rates and experience, proof of insurance and CDL licensing. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the Town of Bangor. If the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification, as required by the contract documents, within ten days after the Notice of Award. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Town Board. The contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 60.47, 66.0901, 66.0903, and 779.16 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
