A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts solicits sealed bids for the following: COMMUNITY EDUCATION BUILDING - RESTROOM UPGRADE GENERAL PROVISIONS All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid. This may be a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Town of Chelmsford. The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town : Work shall begin no sooner than 8/10/22. Schedule to be negotiated between the Contractor and the Facilities Manager upon contract award. All work is to be completed no later than December 31, 2022. Estimated construction cost: $360,000
