Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts solicits sealed bids for the following: Mill and Overlay: Pavement milling; asphalt berm and granite curb removal and installation, asphalt paving, restoration.It will include pavement milling to an approximate depth of 1.5" to 2.0" asphalt berm and granite curb removal and installation, asphalt paving, restoration, and all associated work. All bidders must be MassDOT prequalified. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid. This may be a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Town of Chelmsford.
