Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Leipsic, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of approximately 3,370 s.f. of sidewalk, 100 s.y. of concrete parking lot, and necessary appurtenances. The bid Guaranty may be two forms: 1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid Does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Village, in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is 100% payment and performance bond. The successful Bidder will not be required to pay the minimun wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. Bids Received after the scheduled bid opening date and time, or not accompanied by a satisfactory bid bond or check, will neither be read nor considered The Village of Leipsic reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in and bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. This project is being partially funding by ODNR Natureworks Grant. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than November 15, 2022.
