Renovation of a multi-residential development in Princeton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Bureau County Housing Authority (Owner) is requesting bids from experienced, qualified, and insured contractors for Clark House Boiler Replacement at 500 S. Main Street, Princeton, IL. The project entails the replacement of existing boilers, piping, heat pump loop pumps, and hydronic specialties. The new system shall consist of three (3) new high efficiency condensing boilers, with two (2) new variable speed pumps, new piping, expansion tank, and a 3- in-1 hydraulic separator. A new water softener shall be provided under an alternate bid. This project is funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and therefore, all contractors and subcontractors must be in compliance with federal labor requirements including: Equal Opportunity Employment, Executive Order 11246 and the Davis Bacon Act. Minority and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. This project is covered under Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 and, as such, Contractors are subject to those requirements.
