Online Q&A: No The City of Lancaster is requesting proposals for the handcourt replacement at Rawley Duntley Park in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected contractor will provide the handcourt replacement at Rawley Duntley Park. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond, made payable to the City of Lancaster for an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount of bid.
