License Requirements C-11 Start/Delivery Date 7/1/2024 Project Duration Up to 5 years Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 03/12/2024 5:00 PM (PST) The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide the District with monthly routine testing and maintenance/repair services for all of the district's elevators and wheelchair lifts. This will include testing of all controls for proper operation, system testing, written reporting, and all prescribed maintenance. The Contractor must have a C11-Elevator Contractor License and comply with all local and State laws, rules, and regulations specifically including those related to elevator and wheelchair lift maintenance. Each Proposals must conform and be responsive to this invitation. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, or parts of any Proposals, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Proposal. All inquiries must be submitted via Electronically.
