Renovation of an educational facility in Pomona, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As per Stephanie Fan, this project has been cancelled and will be reposted at a later date. The date for reposting is currently unknown. (As of 06/28/2022) In general, the work consists of providing new Direct Digital Control (Distech) HVAC control systems for all HVAC Systems within the Bronco Student Center facility (Bldg. 35), replacing all old Siemens, pneumatic and other old control systems presently in place including replacement of dampers for a complete balanced System All Requests for Information (RFI) should be addressed in writing to Stephanie I. Fan at sifan@cpp.edu with the Subject Title: CPP-PW22003 RFI, no later than Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.. The Trustees require the successful bidder to achieve three percent (3%) DVBE participation in contracting construction projects as established in the bidding documents, and bidders shall identify the DVBEs to be used to satisfy this requirement in their bids.
