The CONSULTANT's team shall consist of professionals and specialists in the areas of the services required by the DEPARTMENT and have a thorough understanding and expertise in transportation resilience and climate change adaptation planning, engineering, and design, as well as Federal, State and local regulations and processes as they relate to miscellaneous transportation projects. The CONSULTANT shall perform as directed by the DEPARTMENT all or part of the services required to assist in the production of miscellaneous reports, maps, analyses, plans and agreed upon tasks.
