Reference Number : 1617290 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-05 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Corporation d'habitation Jeanne-Mance (CHJM hereafter) is requesting tenders from General Contractors for its project "Corrections to railings and tower parapet stones" 2. Description : The project consists of doing corrective work on the railings of the tower balconies as well as adding new anchors to solidify the coping stones located at the level of the parapets. The work will be carried out in the 5 towers of the Corporation. To be eligible to bid, the contractor and its workers/technicians must have all the appropriate licenses for the nature of the work and the mandate to be performed. The entrepreneur must have been in business under the same corporate name for at least three (3) years in Quebec and have and have carried out at least three (3) similar projects during the last five (5) years.
