The estimated value of the construction work is between $199,999.00 and $231,121.00 (plus tax). For information, the work consists of redeveloping room 1225; demolish the structure and install a new one, install a ventilation unit, various electrical work to replace the existing medical imaging equipment by a specialized company, also included in the scope of work the replacement of the floor covering, redo the ceiling, repainting etc. The period of execution of the work is 10 weeks from the date of award of the contract vA contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec or registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors.
